looking for right now

We are actively acquiring agricultural and rural land in Punjab. Here is exactly what we look for — no vagueness, no wasted time. If your land fits, we want to hear from you today.

Punjab province only
We operate exclusively in Punjab where PLRA computerised land records provide the title security our framework requires. Chakri, Chakwal and the M2 corridor belt are our primary target area — but all of Punjab is considered.
Clean, computerised title
PLRA Fard must be available and match the seller's CNIC. The Intiqal (mutation register) must be complete with no gaps. Single owner preferred — all inheritance must be legally resolved before we can proceed.
Scenic and elevated
We look for land with genuine visual character — rolling hills, open landscape, elevated terrain, natural surroundings. The Chakwal belt ticks every one of these boxes. Flat, featureless or industrial-adjacent land is not suitable.
Motorway or main road access
Direct access to a motorway or paved main road is essential. M2 motorway proximity is ideal. The land must be reachable without specialist knowledge — if it takes two hours and a local guide to find it, it is not suitable.
Minimum 10 kanal
We consider parcels from 10 kanal upwards. Larger plots — 50 kanal, 100 kanal or more — are particularly attractive. Contiguous land in a single block is preferred over fragmented or scattered plots.
Agricultural market pricing
We buy at agricultural land rates — not at society or development premiums. If your land is priced at DHA-adjacent rates, it is not the right fit. We pay fair, honest prices based on actual market conditions.
